Commissioning & User Training
Rhima offer commissioning & user training on all our machines. This involves running and testing the machine to ensure that it is working to its full potential as well as training on how to operate, clean and maintain the washing equipment.
For larger projects, a project manager is appointed to oversee the entire operation from start to commissioning. Staff will be onsite during the commissioning period to ensure smooth transition. This person is the central point of contact for any queries or requests for information during the project, up to and including handover.
All Rhima prices exclude installation of services (power, water, drainage) as well as connection to these services. This is because our technicians specialise in washing equipment, they do not specialise in issues to do with external electrical and water points.
Whether your project is simple or extremely complex, the Rhima approach will be the same:
First, our dedicated and approachable consultants will listen to you carefully, helping to clearly identify what you want to achieve. We will then develop a meticulously detailed list of the equipment and systems necessary to fulfil your objectives. Our solution will minimise labour and energy costs, address environmental responsibilities and comply with all health and hygiene standards and relevant legislation.
Finally, to protect your investment, we will also make sure that the people who will be operating your washing equipment are fully trained in how to use it properly. Rhima has a strong reputation for total project management of installations of every size, from small catering requirements to complex laboratory and industrial cleaning and disinfecting systems.
Our extensive in-house knowledge and experience enables us to take your project from the very first schematic drawing right through to full installation and ongoing maintenance, specifying exactly the right equipment and systems to meet your particular needs.
