Commissioning & User Training

Rhima offer commissioning & user training on all our machines. This involves running and testing the machine to ensure that it is working to its full potential as well as training on how to operate, clean and maintain the washing equipment.

For larger projects, a project manager is appointed to oversee the entire operation from start to commissioning. Staff will be onsite during the commissioning period to ensure smooth transition. This person is the central point of contact for any queries or requests for information during the project, up to and including handover.

All Rhima prices exclude installation of services (power, water, drainage) as well as connection to these services. This is because our technicians specialise in washing equipment, they do not specialise in issues to do with external electrical and water points.
