Expert training for Western Health staff
Success in a new hospital environment relies on more than just the machines. It requires a team that feels confident and capable using them from day one. During August 2025, our very own Andy Kinsey and David Murray spent significant time on site conducting intensive training sessions.
Working alongside Multiplex and Smooth Hospital Move, we delivered several train the trainer workshops. These sessions allowed educators and nurses from Western Health to get practical experience with the Deko 190IX units and DVS+ machines. The feedback from the staff was fantastic. Many appreciated the chance to ask detailed questions and master the systems within their actual working environment well before the opening.
