For items in stock Rhima will endeavour to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery will take 1-14 days within Australia. For non stock items or custom orders a Rhima team member will advise an approximate delivery date.
Rhima staff will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch of your item and you will be able to track via airroad.com.au/quick-track/
If you require a preferred delivery date or time for your machine please advise a Rhima team member upon order, extra charges may apply. Prior to signing for the delivery, please check that the ‘Tip N Tell’ on your machine has not been compromised. If it has or there is any visible damage, please do not accept delivery of the machine and contact a Rhima staff member as soon as possible. Please ensure that once the machines have been received & connected to services that you advise our service department [email protected] to book in commissioning.
