Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All goods are dispatched from our Melbourne or Sydney warehouse.

 

Parts, Racks & Detergents

To order parts, racks or detergents please email [email protected] with quantity, part number, description and invoicing details.

A confirmation email and ETA will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.

Delivery is Monday-Friday only. Cut-off time for dispatching orders is 1pm. Any orders after 1pm will be dispatched next business day. We will endeavour to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days from order for in stock items. For non stock items or custom orders a Rhima team member will advise an approximate delivery date.

Online orders

All online orders do not include a freight price. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order with a price and invoice to pay.

Alternatively if you choose to Click & Collect your order, this can be done from our Sydney (Unit 6, 7-9 Percy Street, Auburn NSW 2144) or Melbourne (72-74 Woodlands Drive, Braeside VIC 3195) warehouse. Once your online order has been placed, you will be contacted once your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order number and photo ID with you when collecting your goods.

Tracking orders

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact [email protected] for assistance.

For local eastern suburbs in Melbourne – we use Xpress transport which is same day delivery

For western suburbs in Melbourne, regional victoria and all other states and territories – we use Airroad transport. You can track your parcel via this link; https://www.airroad.com.au/quick-track/

Delivery Times

Unfortunately transit time is changing rapidly at the moment so we cannot guarantee a certain delivery date. We can request a specific date and dispatch early to give you the best chance of receiving your goods on time.

Accepting Delivery & Damage

Prior to signing for the delivery, please check that there is no damage to the packaging of your goods. If there is any visible damage, please do not accept delivery and contact a Rhima staff member as soon as possible. If you have already accepted delivery please take a photo and contact Rhima Spare Parts department as soon as possible via 1300 347 944.

 

Machines

To order machines please email [email protected] with quantity, part number, description and invoicing details.

A confirmation email and ETA will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.

We will endeavour to dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days from order for in stock items. For non stock items or custom orders a Rhima team member will advise an approximate delivery date. All machines are tested in our warehouse prior to delivery.

Our delivery quotes do not include hydraulic unloading, unpacking and removal of packing material or placement of machine or specific delivery dates/times. Curbside delivery only. If any of these services are required, please ask for a specific freight quote.
