New Washer at Yumi's
Yumi’s Dips has recently installed a large multipurpose walk in cabinet washer. The unit will wash 200ltr bins, GN containers, buckets, bins, crates and all other items used in the production process. Cleaning with hot water at 70 deg C followed by a fresh water rinse at 82 deg C ensures that Yumi’s wash up meets the highest HACCP standards.
